returns & exchanges

As we are a small company starting out producing limited items we take time in checking over the finer details.

There should be no reason for damages (that aren’t intentional) however, If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item we offer a 12 day returns policy.

Before sending an item back please notify us by filling out the form below and we will confirm you are eligible for a refund.

All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. If the returned item is deemed to not be in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once items are received in the required condition we will issue a refund & you will be notified via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us, The Created is unable to take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.

Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded, with the exception of goods deemed to be faulty.

EXCHANGES
We want you to have the best experience with us so if, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item, color or size we will do our best to accommodate this. We offer a 12 day exchange policy.

Before sending an item back please notify us here and we will confirm we have a suitable alternative for you & instruct where to return the item(s) to.

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you but do not cover the cost of posting the item(s) back to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us, The Created is unable to take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
